Macon County School System proudly celebrates Superintendent Dr. Johnathan Roberts on being selected as the Peach County Retired Educators’ Outstanding Educator of the Year for the 2025-2026 school year.
The Peach County Retired Educators Association gathered on May 4, 2026, for its annual awards program recognizing individuals who have made significant contributions to education and their communities.
Among those honored was Dr. Johnathan B. Roberts, superintendent of the Macon County School System, who received the Georgia Retired Educators Association Outstanding Educator Award.
The award recognizes educational leaders who demonstrate excellence, dedication, and a strong commitment to serving students, educators, and their communities through public education.
